What Our Clients Say
Don’t just take our word for it. Hear directly from our happy clients.
I battled a very challenging Psoriasis-like skin problem for years. While looking for a solution, treatments took me around the United States of America and the United Kingdom, but no remedy came my way. Obani Clinic was the only place able to manage this my very challenging skin infection. They not only managed my skin infection but also provided me with support for my other general non-skin health challenges. I am indeed very grateful to Prof. Bolaji’s Obani Clinic for helping in managing my skin and general health challenges.

- Questions Our Clients Ask
Frequently Asked Questions
We understand that what we do can come with a lot of questions. That’s why we’ve compiled answers to some of the most frequently asked questions from our clients.
How do you manage acne?
Acne treatment depends on its severity. We may recommend topical or oral antibiotics, retinoids, and specially formulated skincare products like sunscreens. In some cases, procedures such as chemical peels are also effective in clearing up acne and improving skin texture.
How do you treat eczema?
Eczema comes in different forms—such as atopic, seborrheic, contact, asteatotic, and dyshidrotic. We begin with a detailed consultation and physical examination. Sometimes, tests like skin biopsies, patch tests, or allergy tests are needed to identify the exact type. Once diagnosed, treatment may include moisturizers, topical steroids, antihistamines, and other targeted medications.
How do you manage post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH)?
We start with a consultation, clinical examination, and sometimes blood tests. A dermoscopy helps determine whether the pigmentation is on the surface (epidermal) or deeper in the skin (dermal). Based on the results, we may prescribe topical treatments containing ingredients like retinoids, hydroquinone, arbutin, vitamin C, niacinamide, or sunscreens. Procedures such as chemical peels, lasers, microneedling, or dermabrasion may also be recommended depending on your skin type and the severity of the pigmentation.
What are the options for hair removal?
We offer laser hair removal using various technologies such as Nd:YAG, Diode, Alexandrite, Ruby, and IPL. Laser hair removal is a gradual process that requires multiple sessions over a few months. The procedure is generally not too painful, especially when combined with Zimmer cooling technology to minimize discomfort.
How do you treat hair loss?
Hair loss can result from various factors, including genetics, poor diet, medical conditions, and haircare practices. We begin with a thorough history, scalp examination, and trichoscopy. A scalp biopsy may be performed to determine whether the hair loss is scarring or non-scarring. Treatment options depend on the cause and may include topical treatments, oral medications, injections (such as corticosteroids), platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, and hair transplant procedures like follicular unit transplantation.
